SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES


 

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping once your order has been placed.  Shipping times may vary depending on the time of the year. 

 

  • Rush orders can be accommodated if needed.   Additional shipping charges will occur if a rush order is requested.  Please contact me beforehand to get a rush order shipping quote.

 

  • Damaged Items: If, for some reason, when your order arrives you notice one of the items is damaged, please email me with pictures of the damaged items and you will be sent a replacement at no cost to you. 

 

  • Returns:  Sometimes a picture isn’t always worth a thousand words.  If you receive your item and realize it wasn’t what you expected, please return it in the same unused condition and it will be exchanged for a product you would prefer to have.  Additional charges for a new product selected may occur, depending on the new product selected. Buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item and return shipping charges. 

 

  • Please not that returns and refunds are generally not given unless your product was damaged during shipping.  

 

  • Once an order is placed it can almost never be cancelled.  That said, I want to work with anyone to address any issue that may arise. Life happens!
